Our story

From a modest kitchen to a regulated atelier.

We began as a kitchen where neighbors learned to cook together. Early sessions revealed a need for clearer processes: sourcing notes, allergen flags, and consistent sanitation. Over time we formalised those practices into the current curriculum. Today the atelier runs scheduled small-group workshops with documented procedures, emphasizing reproducible technique and participant safety.
